The air-conditioner company’s 6 high-speed punches were introduced from Japan (whose brand names are Jingli and Aida). They all use the thin-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil. The thinnest one is 0.095 mm and the speed is as high as 320 times/minute which has reached the international leading level. The wings produced by the machine matched with the big U bend pipe and small U head makes up of the condensator and evaporator of the air conditioner. |

To guarantee the smooth operation of the copper pipes’ procession and heat exchangers’ production, the cooper pipes need lubricating. And to ensure the heat exchanging efficiency of the processed heat exchangers, the lubricating oil on the exchanger’s copper pipes must be cleaned to prevent the pollution to environment caused by the cleaning liquid with fluorin. |

The producing staff connect the pipe’s tie-in with the outdoor unit’s technique tube to let the refrigerant-filling machine operate automatically to avoid the random caused by manpower filling which will influence the refrigerant’s filling quantity and to gurantee the stability of the whole-unit’s performance. |

After receiving the inspection in the checking room, the qualified products are transferred into the warehouse by automatic packing machine, elevating machine, transmission line and automatic transfering machine, which improves the production efficiency greatly. |

All the air conditioner final products (including Window air conditioner, Wall-mounted conditioner and Cabinet air conditioner) is transferred on the automatic air transferring line and be downloaded from the line by the automatic machinery hands to the warehouse. |
